The so-called Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray basically refers to Cable ladders, cable trays and metal cable troughs. And the Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray, in terms of material, mainly includes steel, aluminum alloy and fiberglass reinforced plastic, etc.

In the surface treatment of steel cable trays, there are various processes such as painting, powder coating, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, and powder electrostatic spraying.

The installation of the Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray mainly includes installation along the top plate, horizontal and vertical installation along the wall, installation along the shaft, installation along the ground, installation along the cable trench and pipe support, etc.

Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray installation and construction drawing set

The installation of the bridge frame shall comply with the following specifications:

1. When the length of the straight section steel Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray exceeds 30m and the length of the aluminum alloy or fiberglass reinforced plastic cable tray exceeds 15m, expansion joints shall be provided;

2. Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray: compensation devices should be installed at the building deformation joints.

3. Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray hangers or brackets shall be set in the following places:

3.1 0.5 meters at both ends of the bridge frame joints;

3.2. At intervals of 1.5 to 3 meters;

3.3. Turning points;

3.4 At every 1.5 meters of the vertical bridge frame.

4. The hangers and brackets should be installed vertically, neatly, firmly and without any skewing.

5. The bolts of the bridge frame connection plate are firmly fixed without any omissions, and the nuts are located on the outside of the bridge frame.

6. Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray should be laid beneath flammable and explosive gas pipelines and heating pipelines.

7. The entire length of the metal cable tray and its supports should be grounded or connected to zero at no less than two points.

8. There should be no less than two connecting and fixing bolts with anti-loosening nuts or anti-loosening washers at both ends of the connection plates between metal cable trays, and a copper core grounding wire with a cross-sectional area of no less than 4mm ² should be connected at both ends of the connection plates.

The installation of the bridge frame shall comply with the following requirements:

The left and right deviation of the bridge frame shall not exceed 50mm.

The deviation of the levelness of the bridge frame per meter should not exceed 2mm.

The verticality deviation of the bridge frame should not exceed 3mm

The Fire-resistant Trough Cable Tray in building electrical engineering is all steel products, and the non-metallic cable tray or aluminum alloy cable tray used for corrosion prevention in industrial engineering is rarely adopted.
