RSVSR Why the ARC Raiders Locked Gate Event Is So Brutal to Win

Most days on Blue Gate you can pick your fights and keep moving, but the Locked Gate modifier flips that on its head. It only shows up twice a day, and the moment it goes live, everyone starts sprinting like they've already spent the loot. If you're still sorting your stash, checking ARC Raiders Items, or arguing loadouts with your mate, you're already behind. You've got about 40 minutes to get four security codes found and uploaded, and the "easy" part is realising the whole lobby is helping… whether they mean to or not.

Where the codes actually come from

The codes don't spawn on a tidy route, so don't treat it like a checklist. They come out of loot containers in four zones, and each one has its own little headache. Ancient Fort is the classic trap: landmines everywhere, and it's usually the floor that kills you, not the gunfire. Skip the puzzle room if you're rushing; just crack normal crates and keep your eyes down. Raider's Refuge is the opposite problem—less sneaky, more sealed. Bring something that can breach those metal bins, because codes love hiding behind "can't open it" doors. Reinforced Reception is the calmest stop if you can get there first; that trashcan in the main building sounds like a joke until you see how often it pays out.

Pilgrim's Peak and the long sightlines

Pilgrim's Peak is where runs go to die. It's not just the terrain, it's the patrols—usually two Rocketeers watching the area like they own it. If you try to brute-force it up close, you'll eat a rocket before you even realise you've been spotted. Lure Grenades help more than people admit; toss one wide, let the Rocketeers commit to the noise, then you dip into containers fast and leave. If you've got a decent scope, staying back and taking your time can work too, but you'll be advertising your position to every other player doing the same thing.

Uploading without getting farmed

Grabbing a code is when the real stress starts, because now you've got to carry it to the Gate Control Room near the Warehouse Complex. That room is a magnet for campers. Folks sit on angles and wait for someone else to deliver the last code like a gift. Inside, there are four wall consoles; match the code, upload, and don't hang around. If your squad's low on meds or confidence, play it dirty-smart: hover near the underground entrance, listen for shots, and let another team draw the heat while you slip in behind them.

Once the doors open

When the blast doors finally move, the lobby turns into a sprinting brawl toward the Security Wing and the Breach Room. That's where the legendary pulls are, and yeah, the Bobcat Weapon Blueprint is the name everyone says out loud. Some runs you'll see it fast; other times you'll get scraps and a headache, and occasionally someone swears they found it topside during the event. Either way, underground fights get close, personal, and messy, so go in expecting betrayal, last-second third parties, and a quick reset if you get greedy with ARC Raiders gear in your pack.
